Childbirth Preparation is a very important part of preparing you for both the birth and the most rewarding and yet possibly difficult job that exists of being a parent.  The journey is different for all of us.  Although your newborn does not come with a guide book, I do believe that attending my course will help make your transition smoother.
 
The course I run is always held in small groups with a maximum of 4 couples.  This ensures that you will have plenty of time to ask questions.

The course is tailored to your needs with enough flexibility to focus and discuss in more detail the topics that matter to you.   Covering all aspects of childbirth from knowing when to go to hospital to ways to cope with labour.  Ensuring that you leave with a deeper understanding of the childbirth process which will prepare you for your birth here in Israel.
 
I am a trained Midwife, with over 10 years experience of giving childbirth preparation classes.  I can also provide you with much more than what you can access online. My experience of working with hospitals here in Israel on a regular basis enables me to prepare you with Israel specific information on
 
-all the essential paperwork for pregnancy childbirth and your new baby,
 
-information regarding health checks and vaccinations with your baby
 
-what you need to take for you and your baby for your hospital stay in Israel.
 
 -Shopping guidelines for when you bring your baby home and tips and  where to shop.
